Banquet Restaurant located in the north wing of the hotel has three rooms that can be joined and divided according to the needs of our Guests. The menu takes into account the seasonality of products, emphasises European cuisine using modern techniques of food preparation.
There will also be regional flavours of Silesian and Jurassic cuisine. In addition to the cult items such as roast duck or Jurassic sword on lava, guests can enjoy seasonal dishes made from local ingredients.
